Insatiable Leaders is a coaching boutique firm specializing in elevating high-achieving leaders and forward-thinking organizations with an ongoing appetite for advancement.

Story

Insatiable Leaders® emerged in 2017, when I identified six traits of growth-driven leaders and agents of transformation in organizations.

I observed these traits operated like a double-edged sword, both promoting and hindering leaders’ growth and potential for leading advancement in their industries and companies.

This duality reflected part of my own experience, and I devoted myself to grasping this essence and turning it into comprehensive leadership frameworks to help leaders channel these traits for their individual and business advantage.

Over the years, I’ve coached and trained hundreds of leaders worldwide in my methodology in companies such as Goldman Sachs, EY, Meta, Google and PWC.

The DNA of an Insatiable Leader

Insatiable leaders are marked out like six, which equips them to drive continuous, meaningful transformation.

However, these qualities operate like a double-edged sword, also capping leaders’ potential for growth in the following ways:

About Susana

Susana Martínez Denia is the founder of Insatiable Leaders.

She is an Executive Coach with more than 15 years of experience in the banking, professional services and people development sectors and the author of “Insatiable leaders:”.

In her career, Susana has worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Career coach for a leading career-coaching company in London. Prior to becoming a coach, she led multicultural teams that provided advisory services for disputes relating to complex financial market issues and over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives valuation services for hedge funds.

Trilingual in English, Spanish and French, she holds a Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK.
