Insatiable Leaders® was born when I started to explore the talents, values and challenges of the most inspiring clients that I’ve had. Curiously enough, the more I analysed them, the more I recognised we had many similarities.
I empower these leaders to fulfil their growing demands and aspirations from a new state of self-awareness, resourcefulness and confidence - elevating their results, contributing to their environment, and transforming personally through that journey.
For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than being a catalyst for someone who has the potential for even more impact.
Experience and credentials
I’m a certified coach by the International Coach Federation and the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK.
Over my career, I’ve coached middle managers to senior executives in finance, professional services, media, FMCG, artificial intelligence, and other sectors. I operate internationally and speak Spanish, English and French.
I was a Director at eGaness Transformation, providing coaching, training and consulting services to assist companies with their development and transformational challenges. I’ve co-led development programmes in companies for people at all levels, running team coaching sessions with the Executive Committee and facilitating workshops and conferences on leadership topics.
Previously, I worked as a Career Coach, Executive Coach and COO for SEVEN Career Coaching, a leading coaching company in London. I drove the company’s vision and team to empower a new generation of talent to accelerate their careers.
Earlier in my career, I developed my vocation in financial markets - where I hold a Masters in Quantitative Finance. I have a track record of success in investment banking and the professional services sector managing multicultural teams, projects and clients in high-demanding and fast-paced environments.
My Coaching philosophy
Extraordinary leadership takes place when leaders discover what they're hungry for. And use it as a driving force to propel themselves into the future, to break through barriers and inspire those around them.
My focus is on understanding how my clients see their world and what are stories that they’re saying to themselves that hold them back from what they want to achieve. I intervene in their thinking and challenge these stories - enabling them to revise their interpretations, start seeing new possibilities and create an opportunity for personal transformation and growth.
I bring them from chaos to order, transform blockages in new opportunities, and difficult situations become moments of reflection, focus and inspiration.
